Been a little slow on the www activities lately, but that doesn´t mean nothings cooking in the Bloodlights camp. Along with the Swiss dates starting by the end of september, there are more dates to be posted very soon.
After we´re done in Switzeland we´ll be heading straight off to the studio to start the recording of our next record.
We´ll soon be back with more info on our future plans, stay tuned.

Back home after another great tour. Thanks a lot, vielen dank and muchas gracias to all our support acts and everyone who came to see us throughout the past four weeks.

Hard to tell what´s been the most fun cities this time, but a.o. we can remember some real good times in Berlin, Stuttgart Zurich and Castellon.
Eventhough we all have our favourite clubs and cities it´s always hard to predict what´s gonna be the most fun when we´re heading out on the road.
Some place you expected to be nothing but a shithole turns out to be a highlight, and this is also what keeps this life exiting.

We won´t be doing a lot of shows until the fall. In the meantime we´ll keep working on our next record, and hopefully get to present some of the material live when we´re heading back on the road.

After a very nice string of shows in Germany, and a pit-stop in Zürich we´ve headed down south. Spain to be a little more specific.
First of all thanks to all our fans in Germany for making the shows up there a blast. We love you all, and hope to see you again very soon.

After the show in Stuttgart last Saturday we got stuck there for a couple of extra nights, due to a recordingsession that got cancelled.
Anyway, recharging the batteries a little wasn´t that stupid after all, and we´re ready as ready can be to kick some serious ass down here.

Bloodlights are happy to present their new drummer Woody Lee.
Check out the album named “Release Party, Oslo (N) 2010” in the pictures section to see what this fresh blood looks like.
The pictures were taken on and off stage at Bloodlights´ release gig at John Dee in Oslo last week.
“Woody has only been rehearsing with us for a few weeks, but the guy is solid as a rock and has already been recruited as a full-time member of the band”, states bandleader Captain Poon.

Bloodlights will not play Stuttgart on May 3rd. The show has been moved to Keller Club on the 8th instead. Tickets for the show at Schocken on the 3rd are of course valid.

Bloodlights will be performing two songs from their forthcoming album “Simple Pleasures” on Swedish television. The appearance will take place on the legendary morning show TV4 Nyhetsmorgon Feb. 25th.

It´s been a long time, and we´ve been a little under the radar lately. I´m not gonna bore you with any details, but a lot of business bullshit needed to be taken care, but now it´s all good.
I´m both proud and happy to announce that our new record “Simple Pleasures” will hit the stores all over Europe March 1, and in Germany on February 26.

Just got back from a nice week on Mallorca. A lot of fun, and in the true Bloodlights tradition we got very familiar with Palma’s nightlife. Just drop us a line if you need any recommendations on this topic…

Yep, we returned safely from our first trip to Japan. Eight days in one of the worlds biggest cities made a huge impression on all of us.

We are definetely in Japan, and we are definetely having a good time. It..s very easy to adjust to the local mode down here, it..s just like home, but the excact opposite.
